1.) Free Consultation
During this consultation, we will have our team perform a detailed walkthrough of the property with our clients and determine what is to stay and what is to go. We will assess the estate and provide a commission based pricing structure that is agreeable to both parties. We work on a sliding commission based pricing plan that is influenced by the complexity of the estate (i.e. volume of assets) and value of the assets. It is important to note, prior to the free consultation, please do not discard or donate any items. We deem nearly all items as sellable….one man’s junk is another man’s treasure!
After performing a walkthrough with the client, we will sit down and do an in-depth review of the contract, ensuring the contract is agreeable to both parties and carters to the needs and situations of the client. We then lock in a sales date with the client.

4.) Post Sale
Following the conclusion of the sale, assistance will be provided to help remove all remaining assets from the premises. A sales summary will be created and emailed to the client. Certified check will be mailed to the client within 7 days of the conclusion of the sales.
